Short summary:
The purpose of EYSs is to connect youth with high ability from Europe and beyond, allow them to share their experiences in person and cooperate on projects.
Long summary:
European Youth Summit is held every year. EYS 2016 was in Vienna, Austria (even before the Platform was established), EYS 2017 was in Budapest, Hungary, EYS 2018 is planned for Dublin, Ireland and EYS 2019 for Dubrovnik, Croatia. Summits are usually held in parallel with either International ECHA Conferences (Vienna, Dublin) or Thematic ECHA Conferences (Dubrovnik).
Other details about the project:
Apart from the Summits, YP-ETSN also organises smaller meetups for the most active members where they prepare projets and bigger events (e.g. EYSs). These events usually also take place once a year.

We organise the Summit to create new friendships and connections across countries, learn something new in interactive workshops and lectures, discuss our initiatives and create new international projects beneficial for both youth with high ability and society.
